Short exercises against sugar

Experts have found that regular and intensive exercise, which lasted only Diabetesthree minutes, can greatly enhance metabolism.

Persons who regularly consume fish and grain-based foods are protected Asthmafrom the risk of occurrence of asthma.
This is the conclusion of a study conducted by a team of Dutch researchers, “National Institute of Public Health and the Environment”, who have analyzed the link that exists between the occurrence of asthma and food behavior of 598 children with age from 8 to 13 years old.
After analyzing the data received from parents has proved, that there was no apparent connection between the occurrence of asthma and the consumption of certain foods such as fruits, vegetables and dairy products, except fish and grain-based foods.
