Scientists believe that people can improve their memory if they don’t eat

food with high caloric , writes the magazine “Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences”.
In a study conducted by University of Munsterit in Germany have participated a group of 50 volunteers with an average age of 60 years.
Results from this study showed that participants who over the past three months had decreased consumption of foods with high calories, had shown significantly better results in tests for memory, compared with those who had continued with ordinary food. These data suggest that consumption of food with limited calories can protect from loss of memory.
Executive Director Rebecca Wood, has announced that this discovery could open new ways of discovering ways to preserve memory.
“This study helps us understand the full statement of the impact of food in people’s memory,” said Wood. / MedicalMed

Persons who regularly consume fish and grain-based foods are protected

from the risk of occurrence of asthma.
This is the conclusion of a study conducted by a team of Dutch researchers, “National Institute of Public Health and the Environment”, who have analyzed the link that exists between the occurrence of asthma and food behavior of 598 children with age from 8 to 13 years old.
After analyzing the data received from parents has proved, that there was no apparent connection between the occurrence of asthma and the consumption of certain foods such as fruits, vegetables and dairy products, except fish and grain-based foods. H. A. Smit, who led the team that worked on this study, explained for the magazine “Thorax” difficulty in breathing that were verified in almost 19.4% of children regularly consuming these two types of food.
