			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div id="result_box" dir="ltr">A team from the University of Santiago de Compostela has confirmed that most of fruit juices and soft drinks, contain much more vitamin C than <img class="alignright size-full wp-image-130" title="Juices" src="http://medicalmed.info/wp-content/uploads/2009/10/f.1008105549851_m.jpg" alt="Juices" width="210" height="210" />written on the product.</p>
<p>From 17 samples analyzed, is seen as liquids containing more vitamin C, were: apple juice (840 mg / l), and orange (352-739 ml / l) &#8211; written while the values for the amount of products vitamin C to these liquids varironin from 30.2 to 261 mg / l, writes the magazine &#8220;Food Chemistry&#8221;.</p>
<p>Vitamin C is often used as additional nutritional industry, it is not surprising its large content in fluids which are already rich in this important vitamin.</p>

<p>Experts have analyzed the total amount of calories of protein, fat, carbohydrates and fluids of 300 people who had lost the excess kilograms.</p>
<p>Results have shown that consumption of liquids containing natural sugar, rather than refined sugar, is an important strategy in maintaining body weight achieved.</p>
<p>Although this study confirms that the refined sugar in liquids are a good method for keeping the body line, the authors of the study says that this is not a magic solution, adding that they should also change other habits (nutritional and physical activity) which have led to accumulation of kilos.</p>
