Negative impact of alcohol on sleep

Research conducted in the UK have tell that most consumers of alcoholic drinks not know that alcohol can have a negative impact on quality of sleep.
But almost half of 2000 persons have stated that they feel fatigue after drinking alcohol in quantities greater than the favorites.
Men’s are not preferred to consume greater than 4 units of alcohol (one liter of beer), while women are advised to consumeĀ 3 units of alcohol (approximately 250 ml of wine).
